Terms of Service
These are the basic terms for using trustset.in and for working with Trustset, a service of Impectus Ideology LLP ("we", "us"). Each project is also covered by a written quote or agreement that sets out the exact scope and price.
1. Our services
We set up websites, domains, brand email, Google Business Profiles and enquiry automation for businesses. What is included in a project is whatever the written quote says. The packages on this site show starting prices only.
2. Quotes and payment
We confirm the scope, price and payment schedule in writing before work begins. Prices exclude GST unless stated. Domain, email and similar third-party renewals are charged at actual cost.
3. Timelines
We aim to go live within 10 to 14 days of your go-ahead. Timelines depend on receiving your content, logo, photos and approvals on time. Delays on your side move the timeline.
4. Ownership
The domain is registered in your business's name, and you receive the logins at handover. You own the content you supply. Once the agreed payment is complete, you own the website files we build for you.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the content you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use it. You are responsible for the legal compliance of your own business and its claims.
6. No guarantees on results
We build and set up the tools. We do not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, customers, rankings or revenue, because those depend on factors outside our control.
7. Third-party services
Hosting, WhatsApp, Google and other platforms are run by third parties with their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
